Do your part to help at Illinois State Fair 4-H Judging

Have you ever thought about judging at the Illinois State Fair? Last year, more than 3,200 4-H exhibits were judged in just four days. It takes almost 150 judges and helpers a day to make the 4-H Show successful. We are accepting applications for judges and helpers NOW online.

If you are chosen, here are a few things to know. They provide parking and admission passes for the day/days you are able to assist. They provide golf cart shuttle on the grounds to take you to and from the building and they are only in certain areas of the fair grounds.Judging will be in the Orr Building and it is air conditioned. You will receive rules and guidelines for judging to that specific project area. They provide lunch, water and afternoon cookies. You can also sign up there if you are an alumni 4-H member.

This is a great way to interact with the next generation of talented kids
